Terms
Reservations: A 50 percent deposit is due within 7 days after placing your reservation. The balance plus 11 percent FL Tax is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment may be made by cash or check.
Cleaning Fee: A $75 fee is required to have house professionally cleaned after departure.
Pets: As pets are a part of your family we welcome well-mannered controlled pets with a current rabies vaccination. Pets may not be left unattended in our rentals unless in a kennel. Owners are responsible for damage done by their pets during their stay. Pets must be on a leash, even when outdoors. Pet owners are expected to clean up after their pets.
Damage Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required. We do not provide maid services during your stay and guests are expected to leave the house as they found it when beginning their stay.
Cancellation: Reservation prepayments will not be refunded unless the unit is re-rented for the same rental rate and time period reserved. Cancellations or early departures for any reason (excluding mandatory evacuations) do not warrant any refund or prepayment of rent. For peace of mind we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
Family groups only: As members of a family-oriented community, house parties are prohibited.
No Smoking Inside: We strive to provide a clean and healthy atmosphere for our guests.
